Rubber Leg Fox Nymph

The Rubber Leg Fox is a substantial nymph built around movement. Splayed silicone legs pulse with the current, the dubbed fox fur body breathes through the drift, and the tungsten head holds the fly down where the bigger fish live. This is a fly for deep water, high flows, and the autumn when trout are looking for a mouthful rather than a snack.

Tungsten headed and hand-tied in Kenya. Hook sizes 6 to 22 at $3.80 per dozen (ref TGNS93).
