Czech Pheasant Tail Copper

Built for the short-line Czech style of nymphing. The pheasant tail body is wound over a copper rib with a copper thorax, all carried on a tungsten head that gets the fly down fast in heavy flow. It imitates the large dark nymphs that drift out from under the stones in fast water, and it works equally well as the point fly on a team.

Tungsten headed and hand-tied in Kenya for the trade. Hook sizes 6 to 22 at $3.80 per dozen (ref TGNS33).
